CROSSROADS

Crossroads (Perth & Kinross) has a commitment to the provision of high quality care, which adheres to the principles of choice, independence and and the service user's rights. We offer respite for carers, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to clients whose needs range from Dementia problems, Parkinsons, Cerebral Palsy, cancer, adults and children with learning difficulties, downs Syndrome, and many more.

Our carers are trained to a high stand to meet the needs of all our clients.

We provide practical help to any carer, regardless of age, disability or illness of the person being cared for.
Full training is given to all our Cae Attendants.
We work with children, frail and elderly, disabled, Palliative patients, Alzheimer's special needs, Dementia, Parkinson's Downs Syndrome, etc.
Our Care attendants work under the guidance of a Co-ordinator, with access to help and support 24 hours a day.
Carers and people being cared for also have access to our support phone line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Tel: 07730 647282.

We operate a complaints procedure and have a relevant accident and incident policy to safeguard our clients.
We can help with meals, bathing, toileting, putting to bed, outings, keeping company, sleeping (or awake) overnight, or any other task to help carers have a well deserved break. Help can be tailored to suit needs.
