The Gateway, North Methven Street, Perth

PKAVS runs The Gateway which provides office space and meeting facilities for charities, community groups and many other activities. Based in Perth city centre, we offer modern facilities at affordable rates.

 

We have three meeting rooms, The Helen Service Board Room which can seat 8-10 people, Upper Meeting Room 1 which can seat 12, and a larger conference suite 'The Gallery' which can seat 70 people theatre-style. The Gallery also has a loop system and all three are wheelchair accessible. Catering can be provided.

 

 

 

The Carers Centre is an extremely versatile room that can be used for a variety of purposes from support groups to yoga sessions! Furnished with soft chairs, this room seats 25. There is also a dining area that seats an additional 25. This is only available for hire during evenings (Monday to Thursday) and on Saturdays.
The Gateway is open Monday – Thursday (9.00am – 9.30pm) and on Friday (9.30am – 4.30pm). Premises are available on Saturdays from 9.30am to 4.30pm with prior arrangement.

Please note PKAVS has a policy whereby any clients who leave a room in an unacceptable condition will be charged an additional £15.00.

From 1st April 2008 charges will be applied for the hire of our equipment.

Catering Options

Sandwich Lunch: £4.00 p/p
A selection of fillings available. Fruit and fruit juice included.

Soup & Sandwich Lunch: £5.50 p/p
As per sandwich lunch details with a soup of the day. Fruit and fruit juice included.

Buffet: £7.00 p/p
A cold buffet assortment of sausage rolls, samosas, onion bhagi, pizza slices, chicken drumsticks, pork pies, and vol-au-vents. Fruit and fruit juice included.

Tea, Coffee & Biscuits costs £1.50 for the first serving and 50p for each serving thereafter. Maximum three servings.

Please note that no refreshments will be served after 8.30pm.
