For us, the best bit happens after Christmas when
we receive lots of thank you letters and cards, such as:
“We are writing to thank you
very much for the parcel you sent for our son. We are touched
by the gesture and greatly appreciate it especially at this
difficult time.”
“I wish to thank you
for the lovely surprise I received from you at Christmas
time. The box of goodies was much appreciated.”
As a charity, knowing that our work makes a difference
to people’s lives makes it all worthwhile.
