Annual Seminar for Charity Trustees & Managers13th March 2017
Accredited Specialist in Charity Law, Colin Liddell, and Charity Law Solicitor, Sarah Rennie, will be hosting their Annual Seminar for Charity Trustees and Charity Managers.
Places are £10 per person for either or both sessions and all proceeds will be donated to this year’s nominated charity, PKAVS.
The evening will be split into two sessions:
‘The Charity Trustees’ Toolkit’ In the first session, from 6.30 p.m. – 7.30 p.m., Colin and Sarah will cover a variety of topics including the process for Trustee selection, Risk Management together with recent changes and current issues.
‘The Role of the Charity Chair’ In the second session, from 8 p.m. – 9 p.m., Colin will cover a subject which is relevant to all Trustees and not just Chairs, or Vice-Chairs, in order to understand the Chair’s role and challenges.
There will of course also be the usual Q & A session after each session and a short refreshment break in between.
It is a case of ‘the more the merrier’ at our Annual Charity Seminar, where we recommend that as many Trustees of a charity try to attend the Seminar together, so that they can speak about it together afterwards.
If you would like to attend, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to request a Booking Form.
There are a limited number of spaces and bookings will be dealt with on a first-paid, first-served basis.
