Carers Strategy Consultation

June 22nd 2022, By Graham Illsley

The Perth and Kinross Joint Carers Strategy expires at the end of 2022, and we need carers’ and professionals’ views to help shape the future of services.

It is important for us to hear what unpaid carers think about the support they have in place, whether that is informal or from the Council or other providers. We also want to know about what challenges and barriers you have experienced in getting support and whether there is something you would like us to do or do differently.

If you are a carer, know someone who is, or work with carers, we would hugely appreciate if you could share the following link with, or complete the survey yourself, to let us know more about the experience of being an unpaid carer:

Carer Strategy Consultation – Perth & Kinross Council Citizen Space – Citizen Space (pkc.gov.uk)

A paper version of the survey is available by contacting:

carershubadmin@pkavs.org.uk

The survey should not take long to complete, and every response helps us to build a picture of what support and services unpaid carers in Perth and Kinross need.
