Telephone Support Line

We provide a telephone support line to unpaid carers in Perth and Kinross. This service is funded by Perth and Kinross Council.

The aim of the helpline is to provide regular contact for carers where they can talk about issues that they are facing as part of their caring role. A direct number is available which will let carers speak to someone who understands the difficulties and stresses carers face, allowing supports to be put in place as and when required.

Importantly, these regular calls will offer a friendly voice on the end of the phone, ensuring carers feel better connected, supported, and valued.

The service is available:
Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
