Current employability services for job seekers
- Skills Passport – Funded grant for unemployed to access training to enhance their chances of sustainable employment and business opportunities.
- Futures For Families – Assisting parents with dependent children to advance within the job market whether that be securing & sustaining or advancing within current role/organisation.
- Frontline employability service for all requiring support in CV building, interview skills/techniques training, assisted job search and more.
- Services for young people – Supporting individuals aged 12 to 25, along with their families, to address challenges at home, in school, and within the community. The team includes Youth Work and Throughcare/Aftercare staff, both full-time and part-time, who work across local areas, schools, and at our Scott Street facility to provide and develop services throughout Perth and Kinross.

- Futures For All Employer Recruitment Incentive – Working in partnership with local employers to create new opportunities for the people of Perth & Kinross.
- Vacancy Management Service – Supporting businesses in finding suitable candidates, advertising, and marketing their roles.
