Uniting Crieff

The Uniting Crieff website provides a database of all our local groups, service providers, voluntary organisations and small community businesses. The idea is that if you want to know anything – such as how to get local support with shopping, what volunteering opportunities are available, or how to find out about sports clubs in the town, this is the place to look. We hope the database will be beneficial to both residents and visitors alike whenever they are looking for activities or support in the community.

Although Crieff Community Trust is managing this database we see it very much as a whole community resource. As such, we would be very happy to work with other groups to improve the functionality of the site for specific requirements. Please email unitingcrieff@gmail.com with any comments, feedback or requests for improvements and additions.

The groups and organisations are listed under 6 category headings:

SHARED INTERESTS
Reading groups, history society, bridge club

SUPPORT GROUPS
Supports specific members of the community e.g. young people, older adults, people with additional support needs, girls and women

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY & SPORT
Organised teams and clubs, including both junior and senior age groups

THE GREAT OUTDOORS
Walking, cycling, dog walking

MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Groups that regularly rely on volunteers to function e.g. local research/focus groups, litter patrols, neighbourhood watch

THRIVING COMMUNITY
Supports other businesses, promotes tourism, assists other community groups and organisations, anchor organisations, service groups

PKAVS has a valued team of over 80 staff and 100 volunteers whose skills and expertise enable us to reach our objectives and have the positive impact that we do.
