Event Description

Join us for an informal session on anxiety and wellbeing for unpaid carers. The session will be delivered by Gareth and Dawn from The Wellbeing Support team. Learn how to manage anxiety and care for your wellbeing through understanding the cycle of anxiety and learning various breathing techniques. 

The session will take place on Wednesday 22nd June 1.30-3.00pm at The Gateway, North Methven St, Perth, PH1 5PP
