Event Description

In support of Carers Rights Day we are holding an in person drop-in to provide an opportunity for carers to speak to organisations about the support available to unpaid carers including:

Citizens Advice Bureau
Independent Advocacy
Hospital Discharge
Self-Directed Support
Mental Health & Wellbeing
VoiceAbility
Technology Enabled Care
Carers Voice
PKAVS Carers
Health & Social Care Partnership

Come along and meet other carers whilst enjoying soup, sandwiches and cakes!

The event will take place on Thursday 24th November at PKAVS The Gateway. Drop in anytime between 10.30am – 3.00pm.
