Event Description

Carers Social Groups are a place to meet with other carers, have some ‘me time’, escape your normal day to day routine and have some fun. Your ideas are important to us so, if you have any suggestions or ideas of what you would like to do in the groups, please let us know.

This is a support group and so a safe place where you can meet others in a similar situation, you can build your confidence and self-esteem and fulfil your social needs. Enjoy regular interaction and get information and access to training. This is a place where you will not be judged or criticized.

This session will involve tea/coffee and a blether at The Gateway from 10am-12pm.

Please get in touch if you would like more information or to book your space! Email: kathleen.murray@pkavs.org.uk Tel: 01738 567076
