Relaxation with Rosemary: Guided facial and meditation via zoom
You will need : a basin of hot water or skin cleanser,
A face pack,
2 used tea bags or cucumber slices for your eyes (optional)
a towel or some cotton wool face pads,
toner (optional)
moisturiser or some type of emollient.
Then all you have to do, is listen to Rosemary’s calming voice talk you through the process and enjoy.
