Event Description

Did you know we host a peer support group for Bereaved Carers?

The Bridge Project is a peer support group for carers who have recently lost their loved one or who’s loved one has recently gone into full-time care.

This can be a devastating time and peer support can be very helpful to deal with grief, help to increase wellbeing and bring positive meaning back to life.

As well as providing this support, we sometimes invite guest speakers from organisations such as Cruse, to discuss the further emotional support they can provide.

The Bridge Project can help you make meaningful connections with others who are experiencing similar situations.

Come along to one of our sessions to see if this is for you.

For more information please contact the Carers Centre on 01738 567076, option 2 or email carershubadmin@pkavs.org.uk
