Event Description

The Bridge Project is for any unpaid carers in the P&K area whose loved one has passed away or gone into full time care. This is a peer support group that provides a safe space for you to come along, meet others in a similar situation and prevent loneliness and isolation. This is a space where carers can support each other.

All Welcome for a cuppa and a chat with our carers on August the 17th of August from 10am till 12pm.
