Event Description
This group is for unpaid carers in Perth & Kinross whose loved one has passed away or gone into full time care.
This is a peer support group that provides a safe space for carers to come along and meet others in a similar situation, prevent loneliness and isolation and help remind you that you are not alone. This is a space where carers can support each other. If carers wish for further emotional support, we can refer to appropriate agencies/organisations.
Dates and times for March:
- Tuesday 8th March – 2.30-4.00pm – The Gateway, North Methven St, Perth, PH1 5PP (Tai Chi)
- Tuesday 22nd March -10.30am-12.30pm – The Gateway, North Methven St, Perth, PH1 5PP (Walk and Brunch)
- Monday 28th March – Full day – Day trip to Arbroath
