This room is available to PKAVS internal staff only (all services).
The PKAVS Meeting Room is located within the secure corridor on the ground floor, therefore external attendees should be accompanied at all times by a member of staff.
Capacity = 8 seated in a boardroom style layout.
Catering – if you require any catering (including crockery/urn) please call (Ext 212/213/214) or email the booking team (firstname.lastname@example.org) with your requirements. (Please request lunches no later than 48 hours prior to your meeting start time to guarantee any dietary requirements can be met. Tea/Coffee can be ordered up to 1 hour before your meeting start.)
