The Gallery

Located on the first floor, The Gallery is easily accessible by lift or stairs and sits up to 50 people.  Being one of the largest rooms and fully air-conditioned, it is the ideal space for your seminar, conference, or meeting.

Several room seating and table layouts are available for you to choose from but please note that the maximum capacity of 50 people is only possible with the Theatre Style layout. All seating/layout options available in The Gallery can be found in our Venue Information Pack, but if these don’t quite meet your needs, let us know and we’ll try our best to accommodate you.

Like all our rooms, The Gallery has additional equipment available to hire to help you deliver your presentations or online meetings, including a projector, screen, Meeting OWL webcam and flipcharts. All additional equipment can be added to your booking.

We can also provide refreshments and lunches for your meeting, including sandwiches, fruit, fruit-juices, traybakes, teas, coffees, and biscuits.  Catering is competitively priced and starts from just £2 per person.

All our rooms can be hired Mon – Fri 9am-5.00pm, but if your ideal meeting time falls outside of these hours, please call or email us, we may be able to accommodate, even if you require evenings or a Saturday availability.

Short-notice bookings can also be made; if your booking is taking place within the next 24 hours, please call or email and the booking team will be happy to help but please note that lunch catering can not be booked with less than 48 hours’ notice.

*Carparking – We do not have carparking available onsite for meetings. Please ensure your delegates are aware of this prior to your meeting date.  There is one Blue Badge space at the Gateway front door available on a first come first served basis.  For meetings over 4 hours, Thimblerow Carpark (Paul St) is 5 minutes walk away. For meetings up to 4 hours, limited on-street parking is available around the Gateway in North Methven Street and Blackwatch Gardens (using the RingGo Parking App). Meeting organisers can drop-off any equipment needed for meetings using one of our two visitor spaces (if available) but these should be vacated thereafter.

If your booking is cancelled up to 24 Hours 100% of quoted price will be charged. If cancelled 24 – 48 Hours, 50% of quoted price will be charged. If cancelled 48 – 72 Hours (for groups over 15 people) 10% of quoted price will be charged.

Please note catering cancelled with less than 48 hours notice is charged at 100%.
