Carers Trust new wellbeing resource for adult unpaid carers, Caring For You is now live.
The toolkit, which was co-designed by a group of unpaid carers, offers practical activities, advice and tips on how to deal with specific emotions which can arise from having a caring role. There is also a section on maintaining wellbeing which provides links to resources and ideas on how carers can maintain good wellbeing and have tools in place for additional support when needed.
