PKAVS Big Hoose and Young Carers Host Biggest Ever Free Family Funday

We were delighted to host our Free Family Funday at North Inch Community Campus on Wednesday, and we’re thrilled to say around 320 people came along to join us.

We put on a full day of activities for families, including bouncy castles and soft play, football activities and a “Beat the Goalie” challenge run by our very own football coach. Our face painting, fake tattoos and craft areas were busy all day, and we also ran a silent disco and brought in a gaming van that had children following along before it had even finished setting up.

We handed out cake baked by our walled garden café, along with drinks, sweets, chocolate and free raffle prizes. Our registration team made sure every family had the information they needed, both on arrival and on their way out.

We’re hugely grateful to the Rapid Relief Team, who catered for us for nearly three hours without a break, and to Fire Scotland, who joined us for over two hours, running engine and equipment tours and getting stuck into football and other activities with the kids.

Thank you to everyone who came along, and to everyone who helped make this the biggest and best Family Funday we’ve held yet.
