Free drop in roadshow for unpaid carers in Perth, Scotland with targeted informative talks and stalls, refreshments provided.

Join us for this free Carers Scotland Roadshow in Perth, on Thursday 14 May, 10:30am-2:30pm, hosted by Carers Scotland. This is a drop in event for unpaid carers, so please come at a time that suits. Refreshments will be provided.

We’ll be joined by a range of organisations and services who will be available throughout the day to offer practical information, advice and support, including:

Whether you’re looking for practical advice, wellbeing inspiration, or simply a chance to connect with others who understand your experiences, we hope you’ll find the event a valuable experience.

There will also be the following scheduled sessions:

  • Carers rights and entitlements by Carers Scotland
    Find out about Adult Carer Support Plans, hospital discharge, planning ahead, workplace rights, financial support and more.
    Time: 11:30am-12:15pm and 1:00-1:45pm
  • BT
    You may have heard that the traditional UK landline network will be retired in January 2027 as part of a nationwide upgrade. Come along to understand why the changes are happening, what they mean for you and how to navigate them.
    Time: 12:30pm – 1:00pm
